Discrimination

Discrimination: is the act of discriminating or the making of a difference in particular cases. It is the drawing of distinctions. Unlawful discrimination refers to differentiation on the basis of attributes described in the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 (EEO) so as to disadvantage some groups or individuals.
